This Zambia safari lodge's evening ritual is the sundowner river cruise, followed by a soak in your 'tub with a view' and then a silver service dinner by candlelight with all guests seated around one long dining table. The owner or manager hosts the dinner and this of course leads to the telling of many stories and the sipping of much fine wine (which, along with all food and superior label drinks, is included in the tariff).
