The River Club is 18km (11 miles) upstream from Victoria Falls on the Zambian banks of the Zambezi River.

|
Livingstone in Zambia is not far and is a burgeoning town whose colonial buildings are being renovated with new businesses moving in.
The entire River Club is set high on the riverbank facing the strong steadily flowing Zambezi. This is Africa at its best with grunting hippos, fish eagles crying and stunning blood-red watery sunsets.
Most people come to the River Club for post-safari relaxation and to be pampered during the last few days of their Zambia holiday. It is very conveniently places for all the safari areas of Zambia, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
The River Club will collect you from Livingstone Airport (Zambian side) or Victoria Falls Airport (Zimbabwe side).

Victoria Falls
|
The Zambezi River approaches the edge of the Victoria Falls quite casually, then topples over a sheer 330-foot drop into the foaming gorge below. This is the widest curtain of falling water in the world about 1,6 km across (1-mile wide)

Victoria Falls is the most famous tourist attraction in Southern Africa and is as spectacular as its reputation. David Livingstone also thought so when he finally reached them in November 1855, after hearing about the Mosi-oa-tunya 'Smoke that Thunders'
